We are pleased to announce that we have a new supporter / sponsor. Tourist Railway Association Kurrajong has agreed to assist us by providing a loan that will cover our pre show costs.
We need to purchase Public Liability Insurance before we can do anything as a group and this is a major expense. Other pre show costs include advertising and promotion – very important if people are to know about the show and attend, deposits on venue, equipment hire etc. plus the usual miscellaneous and administrative things that pop up.
After the show is over we will repay the loan, pay all other bills and put funds aside for next year and the balance will be donated to the community as required by the rules.
We are very grateful that TRAK has agreed to assist in this way. Without this help it would be very difficult to get the show up and going.
