Although Applications have closed for 2016 there may be a small amount of room for hobbyists, clubs or anyone who would like to exhibit at the 2016 Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show. See the Exhibitor Page for details on contacting us.
Do you have ideas how to make the 2016 Show better? If so we need you. Our small group organises and runs the show each year and we welcome anyone who can give us a hand. You don’t need any special skills just a willingness to lend a hand. See the Membership Page for more details.
As applications continue to arrive for the 2016 Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show there is now a list of those that have applied. There are several new displays this.
This list only covers those displays in the hall. As the Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show is part of the Clarendon Classic there will be a wide range of displays throughout the Hawkesbury Showground.
The list will be updated as new applications arrive, you can view the Exhibitor list here .
Applications for the rescheduled 2016 Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show have opened. We are looking for hobby, model and craft type exhibits to feature in our annual show. We need displays suitable for display in the main hall.
Previous exhibitors should have already received invitations. If you haven’t received one please contact us via the contact form on the Exhibitor Page.
If you are interested please download the application forms or contact us if you have any questions, see the Exhibitor Page for details.
For 2016 the Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show will be part of the Clarendon Classic Rally on 17th and 18th September. These 2 great events will merge to bring you an even better experience. There will be a full range of model and hobby displays in the Phillip Charley Pavilion as well as all the excitement of the Clarendon Classic Rally throughout the showground.
Applications for exhibitors within the hall will open in the next few days, please contact us using the contact form on the Exhibitor page if you would like to receive an invitation (past exhibitors will be hearing from us very soon).
Recently we learnt of some more photos of our last event. They feature some displays, particularly of the classic cars, that weren’t well covered in other albums. Thanks to the Studebaker Car Club for these images taken by some of their members. Have a look here to reminisce about last year’s show.
If you know of more photos from our previous events please add the links in the comments.
The list of exhibitors attending this year’s event has been updated again. There are several favourites returning plus a number of new displays. Check out the Exhibitor Page.
There is a plan of the hall available on that page too. It shows the location of displays in the hall. There are also a number of displays in the grounds surrounding the hall. These include re-enactors and vehicles but there is much more too.
We planning for an even bigger and better show this year to celebrate the 10th year the show has been held. However it wouldn’t be much of a show without our exhibitors. Invitations have been sent out to many past and some new exhibitors. Some have already confirmed they will attend.
If you haven’t received your invitation yet or if you would like to receive one let us know. There is a confidential contact form on the Exhibitor page where you can leave your contact details and information about your display.
